As part of our Global Learning & Development team, you’ll help shape and support scalable learning experiences across our international organization.

You’ll work with modern tools, collaborate with diverse teams, and contribute to a culture of growth and innovation.

What your new challenge will look like

As aGlobal Learning Coordinator / Training Management, you will: 

  • Organize and coordinate internal and external learning and training activities - from planning andscheduling to attendance management and training evaluation.

  • Act as the key user for our Learning Management System (Workday Learning), ensuring smooth operationswhile driving technical and process improvements, maintaining data accuracy, and supporting reporting needs.

  • Manage key operational tasks such as invoice processing, contract handling, and budget approvals, while also supporting policy coordination and leading the annual bottom-up feedback process across the organization.

  • Work closely with internal stakeholders and external training providers to ensure that learning initiatives are well-executed, projects are effectively managed, and operations and processes are continuously optimized for efficiency, workflow and quality.

  • You have at least three years of relevant work experience and a completed bachelor’s or master’s degree,for example in business, psychology, adult education or related field.

    Alternatively, candidates with completed vocational training combined with 5+ years of relevant professional experience are also warmly encouraged to apply.

  • You’re confident in working with LMS systems (ideally Workday Learning),not juston an operational level, but alsowith a focus on tooland process optimization.

  • You’re fluent in English and communicate clearly and confidently, collaborating effectively with a widerange of stakeholders.German language skills are a plus.

  • You take a proactive approach to improvement and change, always focus on optimizing processes and how things work.

  • You’re highly organized and enjoy working in a structured, solution- and service-oriented way, while yourstrong Excel andPowerPoint skills and solid technical understanding round out your profile.
